I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this visit was unacceptable and we ended up leaving. The bedsheets were stained, there were no towels, the hand soap dispenser didn’t work, and the refrigerator was broken. These basics should be checked before a room is assigned. We asked them to fix the problems and requested a room change, but were kept waiting and answered rudely. Ankit, the bellboy, seemed intoxicated and acted inappropriately and unprofessionally. Dinesh was just as unhelpful. When we asked for a refund, the staff only said “ok, ok” and made no effort to resolve things. For a three-star hotel, cleanliness and professional behavior should be expected. This didn’t meet even minimum standards, and we won’t return.

Hotel Icon is well placed for sightseeing, with most major places nearby and easy to reach on foot. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the hotel has two excellent restaurants, so meals weren’t a worry. Mr. Dinesh was a kind, humble, caring host. His suggestions helped us plan our days well and made the stay more enjoyable. A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

Booking the banquet and choosing from the menu options were both easy. We hosted our engagement ceremony there and were impressed by the catering, cleanliness, and decorations. The hospitality was great as well. Special thanks to gurpreet Singh for making the process so easy. I’d recommend it for similar occasions and events.

Everything was ready before we arrived for my son’s birthday party, and the food was so good that we all went back for seconds. The event went as planned. Mr. Gurpreet Singh, the manager, deserves special kudos for being professional, courteous, and gracious. I’d certainly recommend this hotel to travelers.
