OYO 1100 Hotel Kwality Regency

We had a memorable stay at Hotel Kwality Regency in Sector 22A, a very clean, upmarket part of Chandigarh. Ms Shweta Lamba, the owner, is warm and courteous, often speaks with guests herself, and is easy to reach in her office beside reception. The staff were helpful and attentive, and even booked us an airport taxi as we checked out. Our room was tastefully decorated, with green marble counters and bathroom floors that felt classy, plus ornate, sophisticated wooden slat doors on the bathroom and cabinets. Its size and amenities were adequate. The adjoining restaurant, Ketliwala, has an entrance from the reception and serves excellent vegetarian and egg dishes. I'd recommend staying here.

Right in the city center, it's easy and convenient to get around. The room was comfortable and nice, squeaky clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Swetha ma'am was especially sweet and friendly. A really great place to stay.

I booked this boutique hotel from the USA because I needed to be in Sector 22. It's conveniently located and very quiet, and my deluxe studio room was excellent. The amenities were great, and the place is decorated very nicely with fine Indian artwork. The owner and staff were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sector 17, and there's a great cafe downstairs. Rooms and bedding were clean, with lots of table space for bags or working on a laptop. I liked the antique look. The washrooms can feel a little small, mostly because of the leg space by the toilet.
