My charger got damaged at the hotel because of an electrical fault. When I raised it, the staff said they weren't responsible, even though they hadn't said that in the video. The staff were very rude and didn't seem to know how to deal with customers or take responsibility. I wouldn't book here again.

I paid ₹453 in advance by credit card through MakeMyTrip for a Deluxe Window Room at Hotel November. At check-in, the staff said that room wasn't available, then offered to give me the same room if I paid another ₹500. The whole thing felt misleading and badly managed, and it caused unnecessary stress. I found the experience unprofessional and lacking in transparency. I'd advise others to be cautious, since there are better places where you can expect to get the room you've booked.

There’s no elevator, and the rooms are spread across different floors. We found the room clean and reasonably priced, and it worked well for a single night on our road trip. There’s public open parking nearby, but no dedicated hotel parking. I wouldn’t suggest it for a longer stay.

The rooms and bathrooms were hygienic and well maintained, with hot and cold water, a TV, and AC. There’s plenty of parking, and the place had the feel of some 3-4 star hotels nearby. It’s on the Kalka-Shimla highway, about 10 km from Chandigarh Sec-32, so it could suit people travelling to Shimla. I thought it was worth every penny. Tell Abhishek ( owner) Gajendra sent you and you might get a discount.
