They tell you not to book through Oyo and say you should call to check room availability, then book offline instead. An Oyo room listed at ₹1000/- can end up costing ₹1500-3000. I found the staff arrogant, selfish, corrupt, and cheap minded.

We booked twelve rooms for a marriage. The manager and staff were friendly and did their part well, but there was no hot water and the TV didn't work. I'd avoid this hotel, especially if you're planning to stay with family.

The room was extremely dirty and poor quality, with dust everywhere. The Wi-Fi, TV, and every phone charging socket were out of order. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude. I paid online, but when I arrived they demanded extra cash and refused to give me accommodation. It took a long time to sort out, and I was late for my meeting because of their unnecessary demand. One of the worst experiences I've had. I could say more, but it feels like a waste of time.

The hotel said it had stopped taking bookings from booking.Com and had deregistered, but that was a lie. The staff member checked his phone and said I had a booking for one room, though the amount hadn't been charged to my card. He insisted I book directly at double the online rate. We refused and left because he wouldn't provide the room at the price we had booked. A week later, booking.com emailed to say the hotel had reported us as a no-show. I reported the whole incident to the service provider and hope they'll take action.
