The Paneer Tikka was tender and full of flavor, and the Achari Chaap had just the right mix of spices. I visited the West Patel Nagar outlet and was really impressed with the food quality. The delivery packaging was excellent, and the meal felt like good value.

The reception staff were helpful, and the room was clean enough. I checked in at 1:00 pm at night and checked out at 10 in the morning. They charged a little on the high side at 1500, but given the situation, it was fine. It was a nice stay.

There was no restaurant, and the water situation made this an awful stay. From 7 am until 11 am there was no water, and all the guests were struggling. The receptionist kept saying a water tanker would arrive in 10 minutes, but we waited more than four hours. When water finally came, it was full of sand. This is a hotel I would not recommend to anyone. The previous OYO partner has left, and I’d advise people against staying here.

The noise made it impossible to sleep. I could hear loud conversations on the floor and at reception, doors slamming, and music coming from someone's smartphone. The rooms clearly weren't soundproof, and it felt like staying in a hostel. The bedding was dirty and smelled bad. I asked for a change, but the replacement wasn't much better. The room hadn't been cleaned properly either. I was exhausted and hoped to sleep anyway, but couldn't. This was the worst hotel stay of my life, and I'd tell everyone to book somewhere else. You'd regret choosing this place.
