The host is always drunk, won't accept your booking, then asks for the same amount again in cash as you paid online. That means paying double, so don't let your money go to waste by booking here. He also told me there's no property here called Vansh Residency, only Vansh Palace. Just beware of this trap.
One of the worst places I've stayed. They charge for every amenity, yet there was no water in the washroom. The AC was there but didn't work, and the room wasn't hygienic, with spit marks all over the walls. Please don't stay here.
The receptionist is always rude and tries to get extra money out of you. He even charges for bottles filled with tap water. He cuts the AC electricity at night and during the day, claiming there's an electricity problem. You can't order food from outside, and if you do, he'll charge you 500rs more. When you arrive, he shows you the worst room, either by his counter or behind it, then asks for extra money and comes up with another excuse to move you to a different one. The rooms are dirty too. When you leave, he tries to give his hotel a 5 star rating from your phone.
There was no proper water supply, no TV or soap, and even the door had no lock. They also wouldn't allow Zomato deliveries. Worst hotel of my life.
The manager was completely abusive and had no way of speaking to customers. Really awful experience. Don't go to this hotel.
