The rooms were comfortable and clean, but that didn't make the stay meet expectations. The phone in the room didn't work, so contacting the front desk was difficult, and there wasn't a TV remote. Staff weren't very attentive, and replies took longer than expected. For the price and the standard the hotel claims, the basic amenities and service need major improvement. I'd only suggest it for a brief stay if you don't plan to rely much on the service.

I'm from Canada, and this was the most unhygienic place I've ever had lunch or dinner. There were rats all over the place. My advice is simple: never visit.

The property was already nice, but the staff made it feel ten times better. They were sweet, polite, and helpful, and made us feel comfortable, almost like family. Special thanks to everyone who made us feel that way.

Third-class service, and the manager was very rude. The hotel feels cheap, and so does the staff. Change this staff if you want your hotel to grow.

We stayed one night and had a pleasant time. The room was clean and neat, with a balcony, and the service was good. Overall, I was satisfied.
