Hotel the Diamond Ring

After a long, exhausting trip, we were left feeling cheated and unable to breathe comfortably in the room. At first they showed us a fully furnished room and asked for payment. Then they said it had been listed as a family suite by mistake and moved us to a filthy room, with dust everywhere, even on the bedroom headrest, and mold forming on the walls. There was no water either. They asked us to give them time to fix it, but nothing was ever done. We decided to leave and find another hotel, but they didn’t refund our money. It was a complete nightmare. Booking apps shouldn’t let this kind of fraud go unchecked. Please don’t fall for the same scam we did.

Awful place, please stay away. The receptionist was extremely rude, and the hotel was dirty and third-rate. They refused to let me check in despite my online booking.

The rooms were dirty and the staff behaved badly. Please don’t book this hotel.

The price was very low and the location fairly central, and the staff were warm and polite. The building is a bit old, though: the walls are crumbling, and from the bed you can see damp patches where the roof leaks. The sheets and pillowcases were somewhat grimy from use.
