The staff were no help at all, and the rooms were in awful shape. Even the phones didn’t work, and cleanliness and hygiene were basically nonexistent. On my second night, two big rats ran out of my room around midnight. It was a horrifying stay, and I’d tell people to cancel rather than stay here. The staff made guests feel like fools.

The rooms still have a bit more space than some other places, but that’s about all I can say in their favor. Mine smelled bad, the furniture looked old, maintenance was lacking, and the blankets had stains. Room service and the food weren’t good either. For the prices they’re asking, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food was awful, and the staff were arrogant. There was no complimentary water, no kettle in the room, and the intercom was broken. The lift didn’t work either. Inside the room, there was a waste smell, the AC was loud, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Cockroaches were everywhere, the toilet seat and basin were broken, the door lock was broken too, and the light didn’t work, so the room was dark. Worst experience in chandighar.

The staff were friendly and ready to arrange what we needed, and management seemed good. The rooms were really clean, and the food was very good too. It’s a nicely built hotel, and I’d recommend staying or eating here.

The window view is nice, and the stay has been good overall. I’m in a suite with lots of space, even with two tables, three chairs, a refrigerator, and a bag stand. There’s also a cupboard, and the washroom is in decent condition. Room service is good, though I’m not happy with the price they charge.
