For the price, the service at Itsy Hotels Jashan was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and had a modern feel, making them a reliable choice for a relaxed, hassle-free city stay. After a long day of travel, the staff did a lot to help me feel comfortable, and check-in was quick. If cleanliness and friendly service matter to you, this is one of the better-value options in the neighbourhood.

Don't spend the night here. There was no receptionist at the time they were supposed to be there, and the landline didn't work. The room also felt like it had very negative energy as soon as I walked in, and that feeling got stronger around midnight. I'd avoid this place.

The receptionist was arrogant and no help, and the service was absolutely terrible. Their rules and restrictions made no sense. They took three weeks to return the amount I had paid for a ten-day stay, and I had to adjust a lot during my vacation. The rooms were much smaller than the pictures suggested. Horrible staff. Please don't stay here.

The stay was good, but the service was just okay.

The bed frames were broken and wobbly, and although the sheets seemed decent at first, we later found holes in them. The rooms were poorly maintained, with holes in the ceiling and mold on the walls. There was a foul smell in every room, even after we changed rooms four or five times. They looked nothing like the photos. The stay was unpleasant and didn't match what the images showed.
