The room is good, but the washroom is too small. I booked with breakfast, paid for it, and didn't get it. They made excuses that I hadn't called to order food, the breakfast hours were over, and the cook wasn't available. They also wouldn't refund or compensate me for the breakfast money. Please avoid.
8/10
The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are quite small, and cleanliness is something you have to compromise on. I haven't tried the food, though it seems costly as usual. The place is easy to find, but nearby places to eat are hard to find, so you'll need to order food online.
2/10
The room was small, but the rude staff were the main problem. They only wanted money and didn't care about anyone. I'll never stay at this property again.
10/10
The service was very good, and the receptionist boy was very good too. I'll book again at Ariya hotel in balongi.

A great hotel in the balongi area, with very good and helpful staff.
