OYO 12980 Bajaj Bhawan

We were exhausted after getting to Chandigarh at 11 pm, delayed by heavy traffic and protest roadblocks. We had booked two rooms at Bajaj Bhavan, Sector 20, and called the manager on the way to explain the delay and avoid any trouble. At the hotel, the staff member told us to leave before hearing us out. He acted as if we had no booking, refused to check the details we showed him, and wouldn't give us his senior's contact information. Even after we said we were doctors from reputed colleges, he spoke rudely and made no effort to deal with us respectfully. He eventually went to sleep without addressing the problem. The whole thing was deeply upsetting and left us disturbed by the staff's attitude. I never expected this kind of disrespect from a company as reputed in India as Oyo. Is this how customers are treated? The experience was traumatic for all of us and has put Oyo in a very bad light.
