Even though we'd booked before check-in, they refused to give us a room, saying everything was full. The staff were drunk, treated us miserably, and started arguing with us instead of honoring the booking. They behaved like villains. Guys, don't trust this hotel, even if you book through OYO. They treat you like you're just a piece of flesh.

I didn't feel safe here at all as a woman or as part of a couple. The staff were rude and kept staring at my girlfriend; one even touched her hand while she was filling in the check-in details. I also suspect there may be hidden cameras installed, though I can't be sure. Please avoid this hotel. Never visit.

At night, the staff drink alcohol and treat customers very poorly. They also charge unnecessary fees just to make guests uncomfortable. Their behavior was very poor, and the hotel doesn't feel safe for girls, women, or families. The staff seem to keep a very bad eye on every girl or woman.

The room wasn't the reason for my rating. The staff wouldn't honor our OYO booking, saying they had stopped taking online reservations. Someone then booked us rooms and said it was okay, that we could all call OYO for compensatory accommodation. That was completely unprofessional.

We arrived in Chandigarh very late, and booking this hotel turned out to be a terrible mistake. My fiancée lost her gold ring, and the staff said they hadn't found it. Thieves and thugs. The place is run by a bunch of Biharis. Avoid it at all costs.
