Hotel Park Avenue

I couldn’t rest properly because there was noise all night and the AC barely worked. The room was dusty, smelled strongly unpleasant, and wasn’t maintained well. From check-in, the place felt poorly managed. Reception was slow and seemed uninterested, and nobody gave us proper guidance about the stay. Not worth the money.

The room wasn’t neat, the toilet was dirty, and the mirror had stains. There was no lift, so we had to climb to the second floor. The AC had no remote, and the geyser plug socket was half open and looked unsafe, with a clear risk of short circuit. We reported it and got no response. There was no complimentary water bottle, even after we asked, and no basic complimentary items at all. Breakfast wasn’t included, and that hadn’t been made clear. When we questioned the water, the receptionist casually said they don’t provide complimentary bottles. This doesn’t meet basic hotel standards, let alone what you’d expect from a place called 3-star. Misleading categorisation and poor maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The owner was rude and disrespectful, which was shocking for a hospitality business. The executive’s service was extremely poor and unprofessional too. Cleanliness was lacking throughout the hotel, and the whole atmosphere felt unpleasant and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Park Avenue. It wasn’t worth the time or money.

At Hotel Park Avenue, staff were rude and unresponsive, and they didn’t properly address our concerns or take accountability. The hospitality was very poor, below even basic expectations. The whole experience felt uncaring and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or good service.
