Himalayan Hamlet, Kullu was a frustrating disappointment. The non-view room had mold, a dirty bed, and drinking water in an open jug that didn't seem hygienic, and the rooms didn't match the online photos or description. We paid extra to move to an upgraded room, but it was only a little better. The receptionist was weird and brainless, and made needless trouble over parking that made it very difficult to get our car out later. They also lacked basics such as a way to heat drinking water. A poor stay overall.

The place looks good, and the hotel room was neat and clean. Vikrant thakur, as the hotel manager, has very good communication skills with guests.

I liked the location's vibe and surroundings, and got to see local life. It's a bit away from the main city, and the place has an 80s look. The rooms are nicely maintained and the food was prepared well, but service was very slow. It took 45 minutes to get the warm drinking water I asked for, and only two people were managing the whole place.

A cozy place with nice rooms and service. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is really tasty. There's a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. I'd definitely visit again, recommended!

The pictures online looked inviting, but the room was a letdown once I got there. It was messy, with dirty walls, and there wasn’t even a water bottle or toiletries. For 1200 Rupees, I’d say no to this room. I recently stayed here, and it was a bad experience.
