OYO 78465 Abode Home Stay

We were turned away at check-in because we had booked through a third party. The owner blamed the booking company and wouldn't let us stay, even though she was willing to rent us the same room directly for the same price. She was rude, unwelcoming, and threatening, and had someone chase us off the property. When I asked why she hadn't ended her arrangement with the third party, she had no answer and told us to leave. I was with my father, and we were both exhausted after a long day of work. We never got a refund or an apology. Instead, she insulted both of us when our only mistake was booking online. It was an awful experience. Anyone booking online should be careful, and contact the police if the owner or a third party tries to con or defraud them as she did to us. I hope good people and hotels thrive, and that Abode home stay and the owner are jailed for fraud. This whole episode was shocking and humiliating.
