Townhouse OAK Hw Residency

I stayed two days, and the whole time these problems remained: no AC remote, a broken fridge, a badly leaking washroom tap, a toilet seat covered in yellow stains, bad-tasting water, and Wi-Fi that didn’t work at all. When I asked, they brought an unwashed, smelly kettle and dirty glasses. My room wasn’t cleaned the next day either. I didn’t even bother checking the TV or asking about the complimentary beverage tray. Then, when I asked about the price, they tried to rip me off by quoting 2x the price. The room was spacious and the front desk guy was responsive, so that earns the one star. But the state of the property was 10x worse than the pictures. The owner is cheap for not maintaining it, and the stay was below the bare minimum. Negative stars overall!

The room was in a pathetic state, with insects, mosquitoes, and cockroaches in the bathroom. There were no basic essentials like hot water or drinking water. Never go there.

I’d stayed here before, even before it was given to Oyo town house, but I won’t be coming back. Oyo has successfully ruined the property. Management and service staff are totally spoiled, with negative behaviour, no towels or amenities, dirty, smelly rooms, and zero service. I booked and paid in full through Mmt, so I had no other choice. After they showed me 10 rooms, I picked one just to spend the night.

The online photos looked spotless and inviting, but the place we walked into was filthy and depressing, nothing like them. We saw the first room and hoped it was just a bad one. The others they showed us were somehow worse, with dirty walls, grimy floors, and a smell that said don’t stay here. We checked out within minutes. They didn’t acknowledge the mess, offer even half a refund, or manage a single apology. Customer care seemed as absent as the cleaning staff. If you want dust and rude treatment, this is your place. Everyone else should trust the reviews over the pictures.
