A good place to stay at an attractive price, with large clean rooms where everything worked for me. KRA Hotel also has a spacious interior parking area. Its central location makes it convenient for tourists exploring Thanjavur's many attractions. There's no restaurant on site, but that's a small issue. Plenty of places to eat are a short walk away, including Gnanam Hotel 70 meters away, with good food and a bar.

We were traveling with a small child, but the hotel refused our request for just a two-hour extension early in the morning, with no flexibility. We had to leave at around 3 AM and move to another hotel. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, with no empathy. The place is very overpriced for what it offers. It's old, poorly maintained, and our room wasn't clean at all. This was the worst and most disappointing experience I've had. I would never recommend it, especially to families.

A nice, clean and hygienic room for people on a low budget. The non-AC single room was 800/ per day. Nice.

It's a huge property just opposite the old bus stand of Thanjavur, beside Anantham shopping mall. It's cleaned continually, RO water is available, and the staff are cooperative.
