Our room had a double bed and a single bed, with enough space for three people. The only problem was the hot water, which didn't come on time. We were told it would be fixed by the next morning, but it still wasn't. Apart from that, we had a comfortable stay.

We spent over two weeks at Hotel RAKS and were very satisfied. The suite on the 4th floor was spacious, tidy, and comfortable, and the ground-floor restaurant prepared hygienic, non-spicy meals to suit our needs. The hotel also has a large, secure parking area, with a vigilant security guard. When a family member fell ill, the reception team went above and beyond. They brought a wheelchair promptly, helped us into our car, and guided us to the largest hospital in Thanjavur, just 300 meters away. Their care during a stressful time gave us real peace of mind. Everyone, from room service to the cleaning staff, was professional and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel RAKS to anyone staying in Thanjavur. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable.
