Hotel Parisutham

The function was a big disappointment. Food was below average, the service was extremely poor, and the staff weren't helpful. The whole experience was unsatisfactory.

We went as a group of 12 and found that most of the menu items weren't available, including the grill. Only a few choices were left, so we ordered those. The food was awful: the paneer seemed old, the parotta was ready-made, and everything tasted reheated in an oven rather than freshly cooked. The only thing worth having there, I think, was a cup of water. This is one of the worst hotels I've visited, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

The location is close to the city centre, but poor upkeep and substandard service have let the place down. The rooms are now shabby and the restaurant has next to nothing to offer. We last visited in 2015, when it was a wonderful hotel; coming back 10 years later, the standards had clearly fallen.

The pool was one of the highlights, and it was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mohan in the restaurant. The food was good in both quality and quantity, though a bit expensive. The hotel is in a prime, easy-to-reach location, but the property is quite old and doesn't seem to have been renovated in a while. The rooms and bathrooms are average and need serious repairs.
