We usually choose to stay here, but the staff behavior was the worst. We booked a twin bed room, but when we arrived for check-in they gave us a double bedroom without telling us beforehand. That isn't okay. They should inform guests in advance. I canceled the booking and stayed at another hotel. Be careful when booking a room.

The room is in a good location, within walking distance of the temple, but cleanliness was a problem. The rooms were dirty, and the cleaner had been very rude earlier. I argued and got another room, a standard one, which was better than the deluxe room. The daytime staff member was helpful and polite.

The central location is the only good thing here. Room service was horrible, and there were lots of room problems that staff never answered for. Whenever we reported an issue, staff would disappear. The taps leaked and the water wouldn't drain. We moved to another hotel the next day. Please don't pick this place even if the price is very low.

For us it cost 1700 per night. It's a decent, affordable option near Thanjai periyakovil, about 300-400m away, and also very close to the bus station. A restaurant is on the ground floor, though it is a bit expensive. The rooms aren't luxurious, but they have basics like AC, wifi, and tv.

The rooms smell bad, and the lift smells like drainage. Maintenance is poor and service is basically nonexistent. Reception staff don't understand English and aren't cooperative. I wouldn't recommend it, even as a last resort.
