I had breakfast tiffin on 25th feb 26. The service was neat and excellent, and the quality was very good. They gave all the customers a sweet that day. Best wishes on completing 25 years and entering the 26th year. GURU CHENNAI

The manager didn't respond when I reported the problem, and the service was awful. Nothing on the outside board menu was available. I ordered paneer butter masala, but it came very sweet. When I asked them to adjust it, they mixed in chilli powder, and the raw taste made it impossible to eat. A waste of time and food, not worth it at all. Worst experience.

Breakfast was average, and the prices felt high for the portions. The vada was good, but the poori was tiny and looked like it had maida mixed in, even though the masala was very good. Sambar and chutneys were average. The ghee roast dosa was below average, with no ghee and no crispness.

The place was well maintained, and the service was top notch. I stopped in for a quick dinner and had the best veg food fusion I've tried. The kheema parotta, special onion dosa, and mini pepper idly were amazing.

I've eaten at this hotel two or three times, and the food has been delicious, especially the sambar rice and full meals. Most of the staff treated me well, but one person was rude to me. If that staff member had been kind too, I'd have rated the hotel five stars. Date :- 31.12.25 Time :- 3.30 pm
