At 9 PM, we were left outside with a child while we spent over an hour and a half trying to reach Booking.com and Fab Hotels’ helpline. No one took responsibility or seemed to care about the trouble this caused. The hotel had overbooked and cancelled our reservation without telling us, then said it was “sold out” when we arrived. We had booked through Booking.com and paid the confirmation amount directly to Fab Hotels, but the refund still hasn’t been processed. I’m not sure if this was fraud or a scam. We won’t choose Fab Hotels again. I’m attaching the booking details so Balaji Paradise can’t deny this happened.

It was an okay stay, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Some services could be better. When the Wi-Fi disconnects, you have to call for a voucher code, and there were no bathroom supplies.

The hotel was clean throughout, and the staff were quick, well trained, and soft spoken. I was satisfied with the stay, especially for the price.

The room was on the small side, but otherwise decent and fairly quiet. After each cleaning, we had to call room service to bring water, soap, a towel, liquid soap, and other items. That’s an area they could improve, though they did respond and bring things after one call.
