The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Housekeeping and the rest of the service were organized and prompt. The road-touch location also made getting around convenient. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and cooperative from the moment we arrived, always ready to help with a smile. We appreciated their professional attitude and attention to cleanliness throughout our stay. It was a pleasant experience, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and good service.

Hotel Shiv, Indore is only a few minutes from the airport, which was very convenient for us. The surroundings were peaceful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were helpful and polite, check-in went smoothly, and service was quick. Good value for money.

I spent seven days here with my family, and we all liked it a lot. The rooms were very comfortable, and both the staff and receptionist were lovely and provided very good service. The airport and market are nearby too. I’m very grateful we found this hotel, and I’d choose it again if I stay here next time. 🥰

Hotel Shiv has really good rooms, and the washroom was very neat and clean. The service was great too. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Indore. Having a lift is a nice plus.
