The room was tidy, there was hot water, and the staff were polite. A few things could be better: no snacks were available, and they didn't leave water in the room. Morning catering starts as late as 10.30am. Parking is cramped and awkward, and you have to leave the car outside in an open area without a boundary.

This felt like a self-service homestay, not a hotel. The bathroom water valve wasn't working, and breakfast wasn't served even though money had been taken during booking based on false information. When I checked out at 9 am, nobody was available to help with my luggage. The manager said no one was around, while the staff were all asleep in the dining hall. Very careless service.

Mr. Bhanu deserves a special thanks. Whenever I needed help, he was just a phone call away. The staff were consistently helpful, the hospitality was great, and the food was lavish. I had an amazing stay and have earmarked this place for future visits. Keep up the good work, guys. Godspeed!

The concierge was really helpful, and breakfast was complimentary and delicious. The room was clean and beautiful, and the location made it easy to get everywhere on foot. Beautiful hotel.
