I paid in advance for three nights through the Oyo app, which showed a discounted rate, but when I reached the hotel they refused to let me check in. Customer care gave me no help, and the representative blocked my number. I tried several times to reach them. I feel the app price was shown to lure customers in. This was horrible service, and I want a full refund. They don’t deserve even one star.

The location is a sweet spot in Vijay nagar, Indore, near malls, dominoes, Starbucks, and other places. The rest was fine, but my room wasn’t very clean. I don’t think the bedsheet had been washed, and the bathroom was dirty too. Our TV didn’t work either.

The receptionist was very rude, and the whole experience was awful. They have issues with OYO, so don’t pay in advance through the app. The staff wouldn’t let us check in, demanded more money, and insisted on cash. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It doesn’t deserve a star.

We arrived and nobody was there to help us, so we waited an hour. Then they refused our stay and asked for extra money to confirm it, even though I’d already paid. Ridiculous.

This is a very poor property, and the quality at DHS hotel is pathetic. They have an issue with the OYO chain and charge more than the reservation amount. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
