OYO 26902 Hotel Aryan Plaza

I never actually stayed there because the manager decided there was no vacant room after judging me as a poor person. That's why I had booked through the OYO app. Please check whether rooms are available before taking an advance payment. The staff treated us very poorly because we booked through OYO. OYO needs to improve its image and make sure its teams communicate properly when a customer calls any support number. Please don't send me emails or messages. I don't want any further contact with OYO. Please focus on customer problems and queries. In the last two days, I've told 5 to 7 people about my bad experience, and I'm sure I'll tell around 100 more and ask them not to use the OYO app. I don't want anyone else to lose money, respect, or time. I don't know your current rating, but in my view it should be zero or even below. Thank you, OYO team.

The room quality wasn't good, and the window glass in room 205 was transparent. The TV and AC didn't work either.

The rooms were somewhat hygienic, but the walls don't block sound at all. It feels like all the families are in one hall with partitions between them. Check-in was also poorly handled. The location is average, with a huge dumping area just before the hotel road.

The location and service were good, and the rooms were decent for the price.
