Aqua Green Hotel And Resorts

We booked Aqua Green Resort for our engagement and paid an advance for four rooms. The way they handled the function was awful, from the staff to the room arrangements. The lady supervisor was especially rude. Before we booked, they spoke nicely and kept calling to hurry us into paying. After they had the advance, they barely responded. We tried to discuss decorations, but got no proper answer. They promised to do a good job and did a poor one, so with only a week left, we hired someone from outside instead. They showed us one room at first, but on the day of the engagement, the room we got had cockroaches, poor AC and no drinking water. I asked reception for water and still got none after two hours. When I asked for another room, the receptionist, Valarasu, sarcastically said all the rooms were like that. I had to get ready in a room with bad AC and poor lighting. The lady supervisor was sarcastic when we called to ask for another room and water, and hung up while I was speaking. There were two functions that day, our engagement and a reception in the front hall. They moved our engagement banner to the back and put the reception banner at the front because that event had more guests. Lots of our guests went to the wrong function, and our parents were left outside in the confusion. We had to call people before they found the engagement venue at the back. Not one staff member came to help. They also didn’t turn on the hall AC or provide fans, and told us we’d have to pay extra when we asked. Later, they switched all the lights off. We were so stressed that we even forgot to cut our engagement cake. I trusted the hotel’s 4.0 Google rating and paid the advance. They know how to collect money, but can’t manage a function or provide basic service. I don’t know where the owner is, but if these staff keep working here, especially the lady supervisor and the reception staff, the hotel will keep getting a bad name. Even the food servers weren’t wearing gloves. Owner, please take action so nobody else has to go through this, and maintain the property. To the public, please don’t book this hotel for a function, especially don’t trust that lady supervisor. The service was the worst, and I don’t recommend it.

The buffet had a good choice of food, and it tasted good. We held a Haldi ceremony here, and the open space and greenery gave it a nice festive feel. There was plenty of room for family and friends, and the yellow-themed decorations looked great. Some staff helped with the arrangements. Service did slow down a bit as the crowd grew, but we had a good experience overall.

The pool is clean, with clear water, and it’s a nice spot to swim or unwind. The area is tidy and comfortable, and there are good facilities. It can get crowded sometimes, but it’s still enjoyable, and the atmosphere is friendly.

The pool adds a lot to the property, with a calm, pleasant feel and attractive lighting that works for a daytime swim or a quieter evening. It’s clean, refreshing and well kept, and staff are attentive and supportive. Safety seems well taken care of, so it’s comfortable for guests of all ages.
