The staff were rude, and even the blankets were very dirty. There were mosquitos everywhere, while the water tap and other things were in bad shape. The rooms themselves were very dirty too. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Ignore the positive reviews, they're giving completely false information. Worst experience here.

We'd paid online through an intermediary app where the hotel is officially listed, but when we arrived before check-in time, they refused to let us check in because payment had been made in advance. The manager told us to leave or pay again at the hotel. Their manner was arrogant and disrespectful. I've never seen worse management, and I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies. Be careful.

The management spoke to customers terribly, and the maintenance was awful too. I've never seen this kind of hotel management. Worst hotel I've seen in Vijayawada.

Staff behaved terribly, and the bathroom flush was broken and didn't work properly.

Friendly staff, decent facilities, and a low price made for a good stay.
