The room was dusty and poorly maintained, the washroom was unclean, and hygiene overall was lacking, making the stay uncomfortable. Room service took a long time and was careless with basic requests. From the moment I checked in, things went badly and guest comfort didn't seem to matter. Manish and sandeep behaved rudely and were unhelpful instead of assisting. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I strongly ask that these problems be addressed so other guests don't go through the same thing.

The only good thing was the location. The washrooms were poor and unhygienic, and we were charged twice the price for guests. The water smelled like a sewer, and when we raised it with Sandeep and manish, they shouted at us and gave us the same water again. If I could give the hotel zero stars, I would. Come here if you hate your life.

I had a great two-night stay at Hotel Heritage chandigarh. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent amenities, and the staff were helpful and courteous. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was in terrible condition and smelled bad. The bathroom pipes were broken, and the electrical sockets didn't work. A terrible stay.

I booked through the OYO app, and this was my second visit to Chandigarh. The hotel standards and facilities deserve appreciation. I was happy with my stay: the staff were polite, humble, and courteous, hygiene was maintained, and room service was good. The restaurant was a nice service too. Very nice.
