The rate is reasonable, and the food is quite good, but the service was very poor. The room was dirty and everything took ages. We had to call them three or four times for one task, and they kept our ID proofs all day while taking the whole day to get the ID copy.

The receptionist was very bad. Even with a booking already made, they bargain with you over the room price and won’t honor the amount shown in the OYO app. After a lot of bargaining, they still give you the room for more than the app price.

The room was too small, and so was the washroom. Four of us had to share it, with two people sleeping on the floor. The AC didn’t work, and they deliberately gave us that room. When we asked to move, they said no other rooms were available. It’s my first and last time with Oyo. There are plenty of other options at the same prices, so don’t stay here or book a room with Oyo.

The staff were cooperative, and they gave us a special discount, which made the stay a very good experience. I’d definitely like to come back.

The hotel is new and has good infrastructure, but the service falls short. A few room boys were rude and ignored us most of the time.
