The one real advantage is the location, directly across from the JW Marriott and close to both the markets and bus stand. The reception staff were polite, but customer satisfaction didn't seem to matter much. Our toilet seat was broken and leaking, the switchboards were broken too, and the pillows and bedsheets smelled bad. Staying there was a horrible experience for me.

I chose it for the short distance to my exam centre in sec 22. The hotel looks average, and the rooms are small. The bedsheets weren't clean, and there was no free water or breakfast. Everything costs extra, and even the paid breakfast was just paratha and tea. The toilet lighting was very dim. The hotel staff were cooperative, but they didn't actually fix my problem.

There was no wifi, towel, or bathroom amenities, and the room itself was filthy. Trash from the previous guests was still there, the sink leaked, and the bathroom plumbing had other leaks too. The bedsheets hadn't been changed. When I asked the front desk to move me, they said there were no other rooms. They made a poor attempt at cleaning when I asked, then kept saying the sheets were clean. I eventually got fresh ones and changed them myself. Nobody should have to stay somewhere this unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a decent, clean place.

My booking through go ibibo was refused when I arrived. The person at reception said the hotel doesn't accept online bookings. I told him they should cancel their contract with the third party, since how was I supposed to know? He said he had raised it with the third party, but they weren't responding or paying the hotel for online bookings. Both goibibo and the hotel need to sort this out so customers aren't put in this position. Now I'm left chasing goibibo for a refund. Very poor service from both. Thanks, Dushyant.
