OYO 9371 Hotel Anmol

The owner was reportedly threatening guests by saying he would make their room video footage go viral, and there are cameras installed in the rooms. He also spoke sweetly, took a guest’s phone, and gave himself a five-star rating without telling them. The rooms were dirty, and I had a terrible experience. Despite several complaints, OYO hasn't taken action. Please avoid this hotel. OYO.

I didn't feel safe here, and I wouldn't recommend the place. If you book through OYO, the hotel manager may start arguing for more money than the booking price. They might claim all rooms are taken and offer a room at a nearby hotel instead, usually for 500-700 INR more. Even if you've prepaid through OYO, they may still refuse to give you a room. The owner seemed greedy.

I paid before they even showed me the room. The pictures were fake, the room smelled awful, had bedbugs, and had marks all over it. It was the worst room I've seen, and it looked like a red-light area. I left as soon as I saw it, but they wouldn't refund my money. I feel trapped and out of pocket, and after this I'm done using Oyo. I already emailed Oyo all the details and got no reply. Oyo, please don't make false promises. Visit the place and see for yourselves. You shouldn't list somewhere so unsafe and unhygienic. I can't find words for how bad it was.

The rooms smelled bad, including the blankets, and the atmosphere wasn't up to the mark. The owner or staff acted poorly once they'd received the money, though they were polite before that. He even took my phone to post good reviews for the hotel. Disgusting experience. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.
