OYO 9661 Hotel Victoria Palace

I felt right at home here, not like I was in a hotel. The staff were friendly, the food service was superb, and I liked the open balcony for fresh air at night. There's also a big lobby to walk around if you can't sleep, with no restrictions like at other hotels. I'll definitely visit again.

I booked and paid online for two rooms, but when I arrived to check in, they said they generally don't give rooms to people who have already paid online. They told us to make a new reservation at the hotel instead. We spent 1.5 hours outside calling Oyo and asking for a solution. Very disappointing. I would never recommend this place.

I'm really disappointed by the service we received during our stay. The entire hotel staff provided very poor service. I would never suggest booking a hotel like Victoria palace. It's very shameful behavior from the staff.

The room was in very bad shape, the washroom was dirty, and the facilities were poor. Service was slow, there was no hot water, and the staff were illiterate. A bad experience.
