We stayed overnight in Chandigarh and chose this place. We were happy with the service, and they gave us a big room. Free Wi-Fi was good. The approach road was a bit narrow, and breakfast wasn't provided even though Agoda said it would be. They didn't initially provide a towel or soap, but gave them to us when we asked.

The calm, pleasant atmosphere made the stay memorable, and the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. Hotel Paradise honestly exceeded my expectations in every way. A truly wonderful experience 👍👍👍

The price was very reasonable for the service, and I had a really nice experience. I'll definitely revisit the listing. Thanks to Host, Hotel Manager Manish was such a nice person, and hospitality staff ashish and mohit ji were especially nice and humble. Thanks, Hotel Paradise.

I paid 3500 for 2 nights after booking through oyo, and the room didn't even have a cupboard. The room itself was built well, but the location was in the worst, cheap locality, the bed sheets were dirty, and room service never came despite me asking multiple times just for a towel. Food and cutlery weren't provided either, and the toilet seat was broken. Don't go to this hotel.

I booked directly as a walk-in guest in a rush, then found out the same room was being sold online at much lower rates on MMT. The services were terrible after booking: there was no telecom and no hot water. At checkout, the staff threatened us for raising complaints, for no reason. I'm completely disappointed. Please don't stay at this hotel. BIG NO ❌
