Sabtera Homes by OYO Rooms

The bathroom was unhygienic and the room hadn't been looked after. Staff wouldn't cooperate, and the owner seemed greedy. Even though we had agreed on the room beforehand, they denied it to us and then charged extra. There was absolutely no hospitality. Don't stay here, look for a better and affordable option nearby.

At around 10 PM, I arrived at Hotel O Sabtera Homes with a confirmed OYO booking and was met by rude, unprofessional staff. They demanded extra money for reasons that had never been mentioned when I booked, and refused to check me in unless I paid, even after I showed them the confirmation. Their attitude was unacceptable, with no sign of customer service or hospitality. It felt like they were taking advantage of the late hour to pressure guests into paying more. Worried about my safety and frustrated, I cancelled there and then and had to find another hotel at that hour. Fortunately, the place I found had polite staff and clear pricing. This ruined my night and caused unnecessary stress. Avoid this hotel if basic respect and honesty matter to you.

I couldn't get any peace during my stay. While I was asleep, they called someone from outside to fix the AC switch and kept disturbing me. When I asked for a glass of hot water, they said it would cost extra and spoke to me in a terrible tone. Giving hot water seems like basic courtesy. The bellboy also had no idea how to speak to guests and kept asking personal questions. The management and guest relations were awful. Worst experience.

We booked AC rooms in advance but were given non-AC rooms, then asked to pay extra for AC. He kept saying none were available, but as soon as we paid, four rooms opened up. We had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn't working properly. The bathroom lights didn't work, and there were cockroaches and lizards roaming around the rooms.
