The front office staff were very nice, polite, supportive, and helpful. Best hotel in zirakpur chandigarh. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was plenty of space for a party, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all nice and sufficient.

The room was unhygienic, with cockroaches crawling across the floor and sofa. I asked for an extra bedsheet, but the staff refused. The room was very poor for the price, and in my view it shouldn't cost more than 700 a night. A really bad experience.

I was told the room would be 700, but at checkout the owner charged me 1200. When I tried to explain the difference, he just got angry. He was very rude.

The senior hotel staff member, Mr SANKAR, spoke to guests with no manners and used very dirty language. My first experience here was very bad, and it will be my last. I don't feel this hotel is safe, and I'd tell people not to come here.
