I found the services below par, though the place is fine if you just need somewhere for one night. Maybe that's because it's a two-star hotel, but I've stayed in other two-star places with much better service. I'd suggest seeing the room in person before you book instead of relying on a virtual look. The rest is up to you.
I stayed one night in this place in a rural part of Chandigarh, and it felt like a hostel. There was no proper management or cleanliness. The power was out all night, and nobody took responsibility for sorting it out.
I had booked three days, but was first put in a horribly hot room with an AC that wasn't working properly because of a voltage issue. The bathroom had no water, and there were no towels, slippers, soap, or waste bin. After I complained, everything was sorted except the AC and bin. They asked me to switch rooms after the first night, and the new room was fine.
They charged the AC room rate, but the AC didn't work. The rooms were filthy and in terrible condition, and power cuts happened often.
The AC is new, but it doesn't work properly because of the voltage.
