The staff behaved abusively after I paid, and the booking information online was misleading. The app showed an AC room, but once I’d booked and paid, the hotel refused to provide one unless I paid extra. I complained to the app, but still got no AC room and no refund. This felt like a scam.

Sai Guest House in Pathankot is especially convenient if you’re in transit, since it’s near both the bus stand and railway station. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the clean, spacious, well-kept rooms have a cozy feel. Reliable service and comfortable accommodation make it a strong option in the heart of the city.

I’m a solo traveller from Kerala, and Mr Ajay kumar and Sooraj bhai treated me very well. I arrived because of the heavy rain the day before and booked through the ixigo app. It was the cheapest and finest hotel in Pathankott. The people are very kind, the atmosphere is peaceful, and they looked after me with meals like breakfast and dinner.
