Hotel Unite

Jalsa by Unite has an elegant, spacious setting that works well for family dinners, parties, or larger celebrations. The food was tasty, nicely presented, and offered plenty of choices, with freshness and care evident in the dishes. Staff were professional, polite, and ready to help, making the visit comfortable.

We paid ₹1,00,000 in advance for a wedding hall on February 22nd, but after my father, grandmother, and uncle died in a sudden family tragedy, we had to cancel. I have repeatedly called and messaged management and still haven't received a refund timeline or even a basic professional reply. Holding onto our family's hard-earned savings while we're mourning, and insisting on a 'non-refundable' policy without communicating, is unacceptable and heartless. I strongly advise against booking here, especially for a major event like a wedding. We're escalating the issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

The team did amazing work for my son's Lohri celebration at Jalsa. They made the function memorable, and it was an excellent event.

The room smelled foul, was unhygienic, and had mould on the ceiling. I stayed one night, and it felt like a one-star lodge rather than a hotel. Staff weren't decent in how they communicated. I wouldn't recommend it to families, who could lose their peace of mind and end up getting sick.
