Food was tasty and reasonably priced, though the menu was limited. The rooms are spacious, with a huge washroom, and parking is available inside, but spaces are limited. I drove my own car. The place is far outside Chandigarh, with nothing nearby or out front. When I arrived, it took about five minutes to locate it because it was under renovation. Once you're there, there's little to do besides stay in your room. It's an okay option if you want to stay away from Chandigarh.

It was a nightmare spending that one night on foul-smelling beds and pillows, feeling completely helpless. The property is far away and poorly maintained. The helper boys were okay, and the rooms were large, but everything else was awful. The sheets, pillows and towels were filthy, and the bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was no stool or bucket for bathing, just a tumbler. When we asked for a bucket and another tumbler, they were so sticky and filthy we couldn't even hold them. This was the dirtiest place we've ever stayed.

The receptionist was asleep when we arrived and seemed annoyed that our booking had come through online. He said he should have closed OYO bookings in his app, and after check-in he didn't want us going out because he needed to sleep. He also wouldn't let us park our car on the property. The staff are rude and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with family or as a couple.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the food was nice and simple. But the host and staff were pushy: we were deliberately made to upgrade so they could earn more. Avoid this place.
