They say they’re near ISBT Chandigarh, but they’re nowhere close. There are hundreds of genuine hotels near ISBT, and this isn’t one of them. Online bookings through third-party apps are accepted, but on arrival they claim they don’t work with those apps and ask for another ₹700 to ₹1,000 or more before letting you check in. These deceptive practices can cost you time, money, and a lot of frustration. Avoid this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and I appreciate how professional and attentive the staff are. It’s a great place to unwind after a busy day in the city, and one of the best hotels I’ve visited. This remains my first choice when I’m in the area. Service is excellent from the front desk through housekeeping, and the rooms feel luxurious and have what you need for a comfortable stay. The dining experience is good too. It brings together comfort, convenience, and great service.

We wound up sleeping on top of our towels because all the bed sheets were dirty, the room smelled of cigarettes, and even the toilet was unclean. Agoda’s photos made this look like a luxurious hotel, but it wasn’t like that at all. They also made false promises about free parking and Wi-Fi. There was no Wi-Fi, and parking was very crowded, unlike what we’d been promised. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t stay here, especially with family.
