Arista Hotel by OYO Rooms

We went for a family reception. The snacks were decent, and the main course was edible, though the taste and presentation could have been better. The dining area was very dark and crowded, which made getting around and finding a comfortable seat difficult. It could work for a small or medium gathering of around 100-125 people, but better lighting, crowd management, and food quality would improve the experience.

Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end at the function we attended. The staff were courteous and attentive, and the arrangements were well organised. The elegant ambience and delicious food, with plenty of variety, made it a memorable, pleasant experience.

The rooms have become very bad. The walls are peeling, and the rooms smell awful. The food is unhygienic too. I picked up watermelon juice from the breakfast buffet and found two dead mosquitoes in it. There are better hotels for a cheaper price, so book somewhere else.

We held my daughter's first lohri here, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so attentive, the food was amazing, and the space felt welcoming and spacious. We arranged the decor and DJ in house, which was the best decision. I'd recommend this place for an event.
