The surroundings were peaceful, and the location was convenient and easy to reach. My room was clean, maintained well, and had the necessary facilities. Staff were polite and helpful, the food was good, and service was timely. I had a pleasant, comfortable stay, it was good value, and I'd recommend it.

We hosted several pre-wedding ceremonies here during a week-long stay. The hotel and its staff provided excellent service, especially the manager and Rishika Chauhan, who took great care of us and our guests. Since we were arriving from international destinations and weren't local, the staff's local knowledge and warm hosting made the place feel like home. I'd highly recommend it for events or longer stays.

I had to change rooms twice because there was dust everywhere in both, with no real cleanliness standards. The hotel was unhygienic and badly maintained. Sheets and pillows looked unwashed and crumpled, as if they hadn't been changed, and the toilet smelled so bad it was uncomfortable to use. The TV had no sound, the kettle was broken, and the refrigerator didn't even have basic drinks. They didn't provide shampoo or conditioner, which is unacceptable at such high room charges. Paying a premium for no cleanliness and poor facilities was extremely disappointing. This was one of my worst hotel stays. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Very poor service, no hygiene, and no stars from me.
