The Toy Hotel

The room lights were very dim, and the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty. There was no hot water when I went to bathe, so we had to remind the staff. A very bad experience. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope the hotel can improve in future.

The breakfast was laid out really poorly, and this was only an okay kind of hotel. I booked in an emergency, but I won't return. There's no car parking. The next day, our car was covered in bird droppings, and getting help to clean it was a struggle. Nobody from the hotel came to help. We had to use our PR skills to find a cleaner and manage it ourselves. Horrible.

Everyone I dealt with, from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant team, was professional, courteous, and ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail, warm manner, and genuine care made the visit welcoming, comfortable, and memorable. The quality of service and the hotel's atmosphere reflect a high standard, and the team clearly takes pride in their work. The Hotel Toy really stood out for its hospitality. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend The Hotel Toy to friends, family, and colleagues.

Parking could be an issue, and the noise at night was a lot because people were partying late at a bar there. The staff could be a little more polite. The rooms were good, with lots of mirrors, and had a locker, fridge, and almirah. The washrooms and breakfast were good too. Just an okay hotel, with room for improvement.
