Tribute Royale

The rooms were spacious, amazing, and well maintained, and the complimentary food was excellent. The Tribute Royal is a beautiful property. But our stay was marred by manager Mr. Saneesh. I’d spent hours on the phone with him before booking to make sure everything was clear, yet he tried to change the terms when we arrived. We booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights, as shown on the receipt and WhatsApp messages. He later called it a “mistake” and said we had only booked 2 rooms for 1 night. He was rude, used “shitty” language, tried to emotionally blackmail us, and didn’t listen. His conduct didn’t meet what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel employee. Even after checkout, when the front desk said our balance was clear, he kept calling to demand more money.

The atmosphere at Tribute Royale was lovely, and the whole experience went beyond what I expected. I had a fantastic time and can’t wait to visit again soon! ✨💖💯😊

After one night, Saneesh K.S., who handled our booking for the hotel, said our payment covered only one day and demanded more for the second night. He shouted at us in front of others and tried to intimidate us. When I showed him the receipt and messages confirming it was his mistake, he told us not to pay. We checked out the next morning and paid for the water bottles we used, but he later messaged again demanding payment and continued to harass us. We had booked offline for two days and paid in full upfront. Before paying, I asked more than five times if the amount covered both days and was assured it did. I repeatedly asked for a receipt, but it wasn’t provided at first. The next day, Saneesh suddenly said someone else had booked our room online and offered to upgrade us to a premium room. I declined and asked for a refund, which he refused. Then he changed his mind and said he could get us the same room back in 30 minutes. He eventually did and sent a receipt confirming the 2-day booking. It was a stressful, extremely unprofessional experience. Definitely not recommended.

The ambience is luxurious, but service at the lounge bar was very unprofessional. The staff barely knew the wines available or the dishes. Security was unwelcoming too and didn’t even show the courtesy of coming to open the door. Please take note and make the needed improvements so the next customer doesn’t have the same experience.
