The parking is spacious enough, and the location is just average. But the rooms were dirty and poorly kept: the AC barely cooled, bathroom pipes leaked, and there was a lizard inside. We didn’t feel safe staying there. We came to Cochin for a two-day family trip. This place doesn’t feel like a three-star hotel, and it’s definitely not a resort. I wouldn’t take kids here, especially with a bar behind the building and people smoking right by the entrance. We paid for breakfast, but the food didn’t seem hygienic and everything was far too oily. It might suit bachelors who spend their time drinking and smoking, but I wouldn’t recommend it to couples or families.

I left very unhappy with the service. The staff acted as though they owned the place, and they need proper training. The manager was arrogant and spoke to customers without basic politeness or respect. They also didn’t seem pleased about the complimentary items they provide. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

The rooms are dirty, with stained walls that clearly need better upkeep. The hotel is in a very good location, so I hope they’ll take proper care of the rooms.

The setting and location are lovely. The food quality, though, wasn’t that great.

I’m enjoying my stay in Room 111. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food at the restaurant is very good, and the room service is hard to match. The staff are polite and helpful. Thanks to everyone in the team and management at The Aquaria Resort for the hospitality. For a comfortable stay, this is the best hotel. I’d give it five stars.
