I had a great stay for a couple of weeks. The rooms were 9/10, service 9/10, and food 9.5/10. Special credit to Mr Param, a great host who's always ready to help. Laundry got 6/10, though they've already started acting on the feedback, so hopefully it'll be 9/10 soon. Value for money was 9/10, and my overall rating is 9/10. A good review is one hosts don't ask you to post, so this is my honest feedback.

My 28-day stay went smoothly, with clean rooms, timely servicing, and exceptional staff. It's one of the finest places in Gurgaon for a weekend stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good enough to keep me satisfied without missing delicious food. I strongly recommend planning your next stay here.

I spent 5-6 days here and gave them my shirt for laundry, but it still hadn't come back by checkout. They kept saying I'd get it and gave me a number to call, but nobody has responded or picked up. I emailed and WhatsApped the General manager too, without any effort or reply. I've been dealing with the consequences of their carelessness for five days. Be aware, this hotel is unprofessional and the service and hospitality are very bad.

During my nearly week-long stay, the front office staff were very poor at service and didn't take enough care of guests' needs. Getting things like water or an iron box took too long, and I had to ask four times for the iron. They were also irresponsible about arranging the cab service. Overall, a very bad experience.

For at least a month, I had a very good stay. The food, housekeeping, and other services were excellent. Manager Mr. Rohit was especially helpful and coordinated well, guiding me whenever I needed help. It was my first time staying away from home, but because of Rohit sir I didn't really miss it. Thanks to Rohit sir and the team.
