Treebo Bombay Palace

The room and food quality were great, and the staff were friendly. They greeted us warmly, spoke in a friendly way, and helped us out. We had a really good experience overall. This hotel gets five stars from me.

I stayed for 2 days, and the room wasn't cleaned at all during that time. The breakfast quality was very, very bad, so it felt like a waste of money. There was a lot of motor gerriage below the hotel, and the area around it was very bad. Please don't stay here if you're coming.

The breakfast was mixed: the bread omelet was basically bread rolled in omelet, the paratha was okay, the juice was bad, and the tea was alright. Getting to the hotel is a problem too, with a poor entrance and lots of vehicles blocking the way. There’s no lift, so older people should skip this place. The staff were rude, the rooms were tiny, and I’m surprised it qualified for Treebo. The beds are small and uncomfortable, anyone over 5 feet 5 inches will have their legs hanging off, and the comforter and bathroom were below par. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.

Don't go. The hotel is in a motor market, with noise and chaos everywhere, and there’s no parking at all. The staff seem untrained and confused even when you’re speaking with them. Getting a GST invoice seems impossible. They won’t allow outside food, but their own food tastes like punishment, and they don’t provide a food bill either. Booking here was a terrible decision.
