Treebo Trip Southend

The staff's rude, dismissive way of speaking made an already bad stay worse. I gave them several chances and tried to be patient, but each interaction got worse instead of resolving anything. They spoke harshly and carelessly, with no respect or basic hospitality, and treated guests as if they were a burden. I found no professionalism or accountability. The room also felt neglected and unhygienic, with dirty, stained walls, visible seepage, and poor upkeep. I found small droppings on the bed that looked like they could be from a lizard or similar pest, which left me seriously concerned about cleanliness, pest control, and guest safety. The place didn't feel safe or cared for. I strongly don't recommend Hotel Southend. The hygiene, pest problem, staff conduct, and lack of basic standards make it one of the worst places to stay.

Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, and the service was excellent. The rooms were spotless, the ambience was lovely, and they clearly take hygiene seriously. I'll stay here again.

I regret booking an overnight stay here. There was mold in the room, the towel smelled bad, and hair covered the bed. The bathroom knob was broken too, so the overall hygiene seems highly questionable. One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time.

There's no geyser or anything else, and both the service and cleanliness are zero. Everything here feels like a waste. Don't stay at this hotel or waste your money.
